Michael W. Miller

MICHAEL W. MILLER concentrates his practice in real estate, representing lenders, sellers and borrowers in commercial and residential transactions. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Miller is a member of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association, the Advisory Council of the Chicago Title Insurance Company, a fellow with the Rhode Island Bar Association, and an affiliate member of the Newport County Board of Realtors. Mr. Miller is a former Solicitor for the Town of Middletown and presently serves as the Probate Judge. He also has substantial experience in administration of estates. He represents a number of businesses, and practices administrative law before state and local boards, state-appointed mediators, and the American Arbitration Association.
